Our team
Our Chief Consultant Sonia is a Masters prepared RN with 20 years of healthcare leadership experience. Her career has been focused on systems level leadership through building strong dynamic and collaborative teams. Throughout her career she has had the opportunity to support healthcare systems at many levels from hospital to clinical, specialty practices, primary care, and ambulatory surgery centers. She has expertise in the areas of administration, clinical practice, patient satisfaction, team building, healthcare accreditation, healthcare policy development, healthcare consulting, and payor contracting. No matter your area of focus, Sonia and her team can help.
Our history
Empowering Forward Healthcare Consulting was launched in 2023 out of a desire to aid healthcare teams and professionals in developing tools to ensure long-term success.
